TheWanderloom Refund & Return Policy
At TheWanderloom, we take immense pride in the way our materials are sourced and how our sustainable products are made. All our customer products are made to order with each item carefully handcrafted and undergoes a thorough quality check, However, we understand that there may be situations where returns are necessary. Please be kind – we are here to help and support you.
Return & Refund Guidelines:
We have the following return and refund policies:
- Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment received. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after this 14-day window.
- *Refund Method: You will receive store credit in the form of a TheWanderloom Gift Card for exchanges.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed only for a different size of the same item, but not for different styles. (Non Refundable Costs Apply)**
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, We are unable to support change of mind returns at this stage.
- Condition for Returns: Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and folded neatly and sent back in the packaging we provided you.
- **Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us directly at shop@thewanderloom.com.
- Order Modifications: Once your order is confirmed, changes such as cancellations or size swaps cannot be made.
- Return Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts may experience processing delays.
- Price Adjustments: We cannot adjust prices for items purchased before or after a promotion or apply discounts retroactively.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we take full responsibility. Please email us at shop@thewanderloom.com for assistance.
Lost or Missing Returns:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not liable for any returns that go missing in transit.
