SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Hyderabad, India. For all shipping inquiries, please feel free to email shop@thewanderloom.com

We endeavour to process orders within 3 business days. Please note during busy periods there may be a slight delay with processing of orders, we will keep you informed of any such delays.

Standard Express (DHL) 
$20 AUD - Delivery estimate, 4-8 business days* from dispatch. 

Free for Orders over $300 AUD

*Allow Extract 3-5 Business Days for Remote Areas. 

To India 

Standard Express  
Rs 200 - Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch. 

Free for Orders over Rs 15,000

To United States, United Kingdom, EU, Singapore

Standard Express (DHL) 
$25 AUD flat rate - Delivery estimate, 4-8 business days from dispatch. 

Free for Orders over $300 AUD (~~$200 USD)

Allow Extra 3-5 Business Days for Remote Areas. 

To Rest of the World

Standard Express (DHL) 
$30 AUD flat rate - Delivery estimate, upto 4-8 business days from dispatch. 

Free for Orders over $300 AUD (~~$200 USD)

We may be unable to service certain areas due to limitation with shipping, we will issue you with a full refund if that is the case. 

 

We use DHL as a priority service and may use other reputable carriers like Fedex, UPS, DTDC occasionally

TAXES AND DUTIES

Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside of Australia, India will be added to your order total and paid at checkout. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Thewanderloom control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders. TheWanderloom is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or time frames.

LOST PARCELS

TheWanderloom offers tracking for all orders, however TheWanderloom does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with DHL.
